Student Dinner – Eggs with Potatoes
Eggs with potatoes are actually a student food classic :) It is made brutally in the morning, noon or evening during university years and is eaten with the sounds of "mmmmmm hmmmm" (for example, when I was a student). Of course, although it changes according to the taste, if you have cucumber pickle and garlic yoghurt with it, it will literally be a taste of kumkum :)
I strongly recommend it to those who want to pass the dinner in the summer but want to eat something really tasty.

Student Dinner – Ingredients for Potato and Egg Recipe
- 3 medium potatoes
- 4 pieces of eggs
- half a teaspoon of oil
- nane
- thyme
- dried basil
- Red pepper
- salt
- black pepper
Fabrication:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes slightly larger than the backgammon dice.
- Heat the Teflon pan with vegetable oil, throw the diced potatoes into the oil and fry them side-by-side, stirring occasionally.
- Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add the spices. Pour the egg over the fried potatoes and mix.
- Mix and cook the eggs on medium heat until they reach the desired consistency and serve hot.
I made it without adding thyme and it was delicious :)
