Strawberry Semolina Dessert
Hello dear friends,
I can say that this weekend I always woke up. Especially after leaving the Social Media program on Saturday night, it took me 5:30 am to sleep. On Sunday morning, I got up early and started chores as if I wasn't the one who went to sleep in the morning. When our evening guests arrived, I prepared a simple Sunday menu consisting of wings, potatoes and pasta.
While I was thinking about what I can do after the meal that won't take much time, I thought of the strawberries I bought from the market to decorate the pavlova I was going to prepare. Even though it was in a paper bag, almost half of the strawberries had lost their form due to waiting for a few days, so I pureed the remaining ones after washing. Afterwards, it seemed like a stocking ripped. There is no normal milk left in the house, so even though I used light milk, it was number 10 with everything sweet.
It's 01:30 at night now and my work is still not done. I wanted to publish my recipe as soon as possible since I will be on the road very early in the morning.
I wish you all a pleasant and delicious week.
Love…

- 250 g strawberries
- 4 water glass milk
- 1,5 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 2 teaspoon of semolina
- 1 spoonful butter
For between and above:
- 1 package of double-roasted petibor biscuits
Fabrication:
- Wash the strawberries and puree them in the blender.
- Take the mashed strawberries, milk, sugar, vanilla flavor and semolina in the pot and cook by mixing them on medium heat.
- When it starts to have a sweet consistency, add 1 tablespoon of butter and cook until it thickens and the semolina starts to show itself.
- Put the biscuits in the blender. Pour 1 layer of dessert into the cups or glasses and gently tap the bottom of the cups with your hand to make the dessert straighten.
- Pour 1-2 tablespoons of biscuits over the dessert layer and flatten with a spoon. Pour 1 more layer of dessert over the biscuits.
- Finally, divide the remaining biscuit crumbs on the desserts and let them rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve garnished with fresh fruit.
hello, how many servings is this recipe for? Also, if we make bordeaux, is it okay if we serve it by slicing?
Hello, Ms. Nilay, how is the roasted biscuit?
Hello, Ms. Ayşe, you can find them in the biscuit aisles in the market, double-roasted. It's written on the packages. love.
Super I will try :-)
How do we find the strawberry alone, so now the strawberry we find is always hormonal, I don't want to feed my children something with hormones, I also want to apply it very well in dessert, Ms. Nilay please help :D :D
Ms. Nilay, I was wondering if it is necessary to wait for the pudding to cool in this recipe, if we put it while it is hot, will it mix with the biscuit pudding???
Hello Mehtap, there is no need, it's already quite busy pudding.
I tried it, it was great, definitely the presentation is very important :)
Hello, Ms. Nilay, I wonder if we use a seasonal fruit other than strawberry, for example, banana, or if we make it plain without fruit, will there be any difference in consistency or taste? thanks…
Hello Özgür, of course you can use banana. Then it would be appropriate to reduce the amount of sugar. Banana will be denser than strawberry, for these reasons, you can reduce the amount of semolina a little. Love…
thank you so much..
Well, can you give an estimated sugar and semolina measure to apply this recipe with banana? I want to try it as soon as possible :)
Hello Hazan, unfortunately I can't give it because I haven't tried it. I'll give it a try soon :)
i can't find vanilla flavor :(
Hello Sinem, in fact, it is now easily available in the markets. I'd say sugary vanilla, but it doesn't really take its place. You can use it if you want. Love…
