Mussel Stew
Mussels are usually stuffed or tava as we consume. Rice with mussels or pasta are among the things we do, albeit a little.
This recipe belongs to Yuksel Abi, my father's childhood friend. We had a long conversation about food when we met at Nakliman Meatballs last weekend.

Yuksel Abi usually uses this recipe to make fish stew. But when I started counting the ingredients, I decided that mussels could also get great results. If there is wine in the recipe but you don't use it, you can also use 1 glass of hot water instead of wine.
We bought 1 kilo of mussels (for spares) from the fish market. As soon as we got home, we divided the mussel bag into 3 parts. After vacuuming, we put it in the freezer.

Hello,
Can I learn from where you get the bags of your vacuum machine? Thanks.
I didn't use it except for the ones that came with the machine, so I didn't need it. If you contact the place where you bought your machine, they will direct you.
Hello, Ilknur Hn.
If you are in Istanbul, you can ask the shops selling plastic cutlery, sacks, etc., take the bags for the home vacuum machine, take the side with the cheese shops in Eminönü, the Spice Bazaar in Eminönü, pass the toy shops on your left, reach the cafes at the end of the square. There are, don't buy without bargaining, if you can't find it, ask the places that sell the same materials on the street (where the woodcutters are) or there should be companies selling kitchenware at the end of the same street, I've searched a lot :)
Nilay Hn. While searching for recipes on youtube, I came across your site, I am looking at your recipes with incredible pleasure. Well done, as a J.Oliver fan, it's great to see the same practical, delicious, heartfelt and clever recipes your site made me feel...
Thank you very much Mr. Cem :) How happy I am…
Also, thanks for sharing the address about the valum bag :)
I'll follow the recipe, it's pleasing to the eye, makes sense, thank you.
Those who do not use wine in their wine recipes can use half the amount of apple cider vinegar. It gives almost the same result.
