I wasn't in a good mood this Monday because of the unstable weather. As the sun shines and I gain my energy, the weather suddenly turns off and all my motivation drops. I hope he will make a decision as soon as possible and save me from this situation.
I haven't wanted sweets for a long time, but today I have prepared myself before to disperse my boredom. from the dukan cookie I did. This time I took out the oatmeal and added some lemon zest and cinnamon.

Ingredients for Oven Bag Steak Recipe
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 mushrooms
- 300 g beef steak
- salt, black pepper
- optionally thyme and red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Slice your steak as thick as a finger.
- Peel the onion and garlic and cut into 2-3 parts. Cut the mushrooms lengthwise into 2 parts.
- Add all the ingredients and put them in the oven bag. Place the oven bag on the tray, close the mouth of the bag and make 2-3 holes on it with the help of a knife.
- Bake the meat in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Serve with greens.
