Starchy Triangle Pastry That Will Make You Forget All Pastries

Let me start by saying every sleepless night, tired to death :) We are still trying to get used to our changing order. Thank goodness it's going well. The time I could spend in the kitchen started to feel like therapy. It works even for 1 hour in eliminating the course of the day and environmental stressors.

Ingredients for Starchy Triangle Pie Recipe That Will Make You Forget All Pastries
- 3 pieces of dough
For between:
- Half a glass of oil
- Half a glass of yogurt
- 1 egg white
- Half a teaspoon of starch
For inside:
- hard feta cheese
- parsley
For the top:
- 1 egg yolk
- Sesame
Instructions
- For the sauce, whisk together the yogurt, oil and egg whites.
- Lay the dough on the counter and brush the sauce on it with the help of a brush.
- Sprinkle starch on the sauce with the help of a starch strainer.
- 2. Lay the dough on top of the first one and do the same. Apply the sauce again and apply starch absorption.
- Cool and sauce the last phyllo and sprinkle with starch.
- Sprinkle the grated feta cheese and chopped parsley over the top.
- As in the photo, fold the dough from both ends to the middle and divide it in the middle with the help of a knife.
- Slice into triangles, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Serve warm or cold.
