Kekekek
I am slowly starting to add recipes that participated in the competition but that I could not find the opportunity to publish on the site. Definitely at the weddings of the city I was in when I was at university. wishbone was cooked. Health to your hands, Ms. Love..
Ingredients for the Keskek Recipe
- Half kg. wheat
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 meal spoon tomato paste
- 1 tea spoon salt
- 1 tea spoon black pepper
Fabrication:
- Overnight, wheat is placed in a pot with the addition of cold water enough to reach 2 fingers and soaked. The next day, 1 liter of water, ie 5-6 glasses of water, is poured over the washed wheat and left to boil in a saucepan.
- On the other hand, in a pan, fry the coarsely chopped chicken and finely chopped onion and add it to the asurea wheat in the pot. Add 5-6 glasses of water and let it boil.
- When the chicken is cooked, take it out of the pot and shred it very finely in a bowl on one side. Then salt and pepper, half a glass of olive oil are added to the wheat.
- When it boils well and the ingredients get soft, turn off the stove and wait for it to get warm.
- Then, the keskek is taken from the pot and crushed in a bowl with the help of a wooden spoon, or it is passed through a robot for those who want to make it easier.
- Thus, a sauce with tomato paste, which is roasted for 4-5 minutes, with half a glass of olive oil, is poured on the kefir that has thickened (according to your desire, of course) bon appetit.

You can also try this with mutton. It is necessary to boil the meat abundantly and bring it until the fiber becomes separated.
What is the calorie value for those who are on a diet like Bnm? is it a high-calorie meal?
It is done at every wedding in Muğla. Like your Sevgi Hanım, our Sevgi Hanım (she would be my mother :)) makes a legend.
Or did you go to university in Amasya. Because I'm from amasya/merzifon too. There's no one who doesn't know about it there. It's usually done during holidays. I love it too. But put the chili pepper sauce on it, then it's great. I only know how to eat it...:) :) :)
