Ingredients for Spinach Shake Recipe

  • 1 glass of watery yoghurt
  • 2 pieces of eggs
  • 2 glass of cornmeal
  • 1 water glass flour
  • 1,5 water glass of water
  • 1 sweet spice salt
  • 350 – 400 gr spinach
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup curd
  • half a teaspoon of olive oil

Fabrication:

  1. Wash the spinach, let it drain and chop it.
  2. Beat the yogurt, egg and olive oil. Add the corn flour, salt and flour and mix. 
  3. Adjust the consistency by adding water. 
  4. Sprinkle salt on the spinach, add the onion and rub. Add the curd and mix well.
  5. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Pour half of the dough mixture into the tray and spread. 
  6. Spread the spinach mixture and pour the remaining dough over the mixture.
  7. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
  8. Serve by slicing.
