Spinach Hash
Ms. Hilal, frankly, I'm not very fond of spinach, but everything can change after this recipe for spinach hash browns. Health to your hands and nice recipes :)

I am sending you a very practical spinach recipe. I highly recommend it for breakfast.
Materials:
500 g spinach
2 pieces of eggs
5 tablespoons of yogurt
5 tablespoons of flour
1 package baking powder
Half tea glass of oil
Salt
Black pepper
Fabrication:
Spinach is washed and cut into normal size.
Eggs and yoghurt are thoroughly whisked, other ingredients are added, and whisking is continued. The resulting mixture is poured over the chopped spinach and mixed thoroughly. And poured into a greased tray with margarine. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Remove from tray when cool. Otherwise, it will disperse. You can serve it with yogurt or pasta on the side.
Do we separate the spinach from the stem while making hash browns :)
