Excellent taste, I don't need many words. It's easy and delicious, but I won't go into the recipe without saying a few words about cooking pasta. It is better to boil your pasta while the sauce is cooking (so that it does not cool).

Remember, adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt to the water in which you will boil the pasta will make your pasta cook more easily and without sticking. Do not boil the pasta longer than the time indicated on the bag, and even taste it to keep it fresh. If desired, you can add a piece of pasta boiling water to the sauces you make, this will make your sauce more delicious.

The thing that I am most afraid of is whether the ground beef is fully cooked or not, it's time to catch up.

You even brought the endless illogical political debates that only divide people into camps in Turkey to a food site, bravo. One group is more Western than European, the other group is more bigoted than Arab. Let everyone eat and drink what they want. First of all, in our culture, there is a nice saying 'good luck to the person who made it'. First of all, I wish the best of luck to the person who published the recipe (whether it's a real bolognese sauce or a different adaptation), and then I ask everyone to give a delicious bread recipe that everyone can't get enough of, because it's not easy to eat 40 loaves of bread, otherwise we will never be able to save ourselves from this ignorance. obviously !

Mashallah, you are very advanced, Ms. Ceren. After all, alcohol and pork are prohibited according to our religion. Of course, those who consume know the pleasure. Respect and consume, you cannot interfere with those who do not consume. Everyone is responsible for themselves. You are ignorant and disrespectful like you.

Its full name is "Ragu alla bolognese". Bolognese sauce is made with 75% minced pork and 25% minced beef. These proportions may vary slightly, but you cannot make Bolognese sauce from ground beef alone. There are also other shortcomings in the material list. For example, plenty of white wine is used in the boiling part. It's a kind of mince sauce, the recipe for which is given here, but it's definitely not Bolognese.

Okay, that might be the real recipe, but Turkey is a predominantly Muslim country. In this country, you can't just say to use ground pork and wine.

what does this have to do with being backwards? I guess people wouldn't hold their beliefs like that and say, put pork and wine here.

Look at the rawness of the arrogance. Each recipe may undergo minor changes in the country of entry. Even the standard COCA COLA, which you know, changes according to the taste of the countries it enters, including many other components from the sugar ratio.

Of course, if there is a dish you call Roast Pork, you can't make it with veal and still call it 'roast pork'. However, the sauce with minced meat called Bolognese can, of course, be made with any type of red meat, and it is also made.

Aside from the hypocrisy you made when you accuse this person of being a bigot, with a little research, you can find that the information that Bolognese is made with pork is completely wrong. I offer you the most general, simplest and easiest internet encyclopedia for now. You will find that pork is used rarely and with the possibility.

In Exeter(UK) the English housewife had made us ground beef and cooked with wine. It's nice to adapt the dishes, we don't have to accept anything into our kitchen as it is. If it is something contrary to our belief, like this pig.

I watched the Turks make bolognese sauce for the first time, I read the recipes both on expert TV and on the sites, and I was very surprised because what they make and eat as bolognese sauce is actually not bolognese sauce, but they made it according to their own mind, someone said this is bolognese sauce, I guess they continue to make it because it's tradition. There is absolutely no carrot in it, what is the use of carrots in bolognese sauce anyway three tomatoes should be at least four at once, onion, garlic, bay leaf, you need to add plenty of pepper, you write on demand, can it be optional, pepper and even carliston and red fresh in sauce? no matter how many varieties of pepper there are, it should be put in terms of flavor. The spices in bolones sauce, especially when you say bay leaf, but its real name is capsicum abroad, and bolones are not indispensable without a cap, these are indispensable for bolones sauce, enjoy your meal.

You said the real name, it would be nicer if you said the translation and made a correct translation. The equivalent of what you call "basilik" in beautiful Turkish is "basil".

I think it's much easier and more delicious, you can create your own sauces to save time, friends, I'll give you an example, let me give you an example, put a tomato paste in a pan, add oil, add onion, garlic, salt and fry it, then pour it on your spaghetti and the best part :) enjoy it.

Onion is not put after tomato paste. Haven't you ever cooked? The above recipe is correct, your method is wrong. You've turned the most basic rules upside down. This is not creativity, sorry for ignorance.

This sauce is missing, the tomato paste is heavy, celery is never added, only grated carrot is suitable for ginger. Basil is an indispensable part of Italian cuisine.

There is a lot missing in this sauce. Most importantly, without celery and carrot grated, this sauce would not be possible. Also, a little grated ginger adds a great flavor, and you can even add meat bouillon if you want.

Spaghetti bolognese, which is made by Italians, can also be made with green pepper and carrots. Also, heavy tomato paste is used, thyme is used in red pepper, as if this recipe is not enough.
