Vegetable Noodles with Soy Sauce

Recently, our family has become obsessed with Chinese dishes with soy sauce, chicken at home, noodles in everything, soy sauce in everything, vegetables in everything. If we are in Taksim in the evening, our first place to eat is the Chinese Buffet… Oh, don't think of bugs when you think of Chinese cuisine, this place only uses seafood, beef and chicken in their food.

On our last visit, my wife ordered chicken with oyster sauce, my God, what a taste it was (of course, I don't need to say that oyster sauce is at the top of the list of things to buy when we go shopping), it's healthy, delicious and the prices are very affordable (I'm not talking about the 3 Chinese masters cooking in the window).

You can also make this recipe with real Chinese noodles (Noodles), but I used village noodles because I took you on a familiarization tour with Chinese dishes. If you say you want to make my first try with the original, just buy the packages that say (Chinese Egg Noodles) in the pasta and sauce sections of big markets. Take it easy, Love…

Ingredients for Soy Sauce Vegetable Noodles Recipe

1 pack of noodles
1 medium carrot
1 medium zucchini
1 medium onion
1 medium green peppers
1 medium red sweet pepper
8 fresh mushrooms
3 cloves of garlic
Small bowl of cabbage
1 teaspoon of canola oil
4/3 cup soy sauce

Fabrication:

Add 1 pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and boil the noodles in plenty of water for about 12 minutes until soft. Chop the onions for piyaz, the garlic finely and all the remaining ingredients in julienne (thin and long) as in the photo.

If you do not have a wok pan, heat the oil in a Teflon pan, if you have it, firstly fry the onions and garlic in the oil on high heat, then add the carrots and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the peppers, when they soften a little, add the remaining vegetables, add the last soy sauce and cook the vegetables for 1 more minute, mix them with the melted rice you have drained and transfer to the serving plate. Serve hot.

nilay h. How can we not use soy sauce in this recipe, how else can we sweeten it in terms of sauce? I don't want to put the soy sauce aside because I don't use it all the time. I would be very grateful if you could offer an alternative. Thanks in advance :))

I'm 25 years old, I'm going to get married soon and I've always loved cooking. One thing I've been trying to do since I was 18 is to cook, but this site offered me a very rich variety. I'm very happy. I cook all my meals from here.

    Greetings,

I love Chinese food and I do. It looks super, besides, you can make these ingredients with thin julienne cut veal or chicken thigh meat, it's super. I also put a small amount of powdered ginger :)
