Hello Dear Friends,

We have been making sourdough bread at home for years. Apart from bread, we try different recipes from time to time, of course. This time, we decided to make a cracker that both ourselves and our daughter can consume with peace of mind. All you need is sourdough, olive oil and flour. The rest is entirely up to your taste :)

Ingredients for Sourdough Crackers Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon sourdough
  • half a teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • pumpkin seeds
  • Sesame
  • black seed
  • salt

Fabrication:

  1. Put the flour, olive oil and sourdough in a mixing bowl and knead for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Add the salt to the rested dough and the seeds, sesame and black cumin you will use and knead.
  4. Take the parchment paper on the kitchen counter. Put the dough in the middle and thinly roll out the dough by putting another oil paper on top.
  5. Sprinkle some more seeds etc on it and press it with your hand.
  6. Slice 1 dough with a knife or pizza roll.
  7. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
  8. Serve when the crackers have cooled.
