  • half a glass of soda
  • 2-3 tablespoons of milk

For the sauce:

  • 5 piece of charliston pepper
  • 5 pieces of tomato
  • 4 cloves of garlic

For the above:

  • Enough Grated Cheddar Cheese

How to Make a Sauce Schnitzel Recipe?

  1. First of all, wash the chickens and put them in a strainer to let the water drain.
  2. Crack the egg into a wide bowl, add milk, soda and a pinch of salt and whisk.
  3. Take the breadcrumbs and breadcrumbs in a large bowl, add a little salt and mix.
  4. Put the flour on a large plate.
  5. For the pane, dip each of the chickens first in flour, then in the egg, and then with the breadcrumb flour mixture, press each side well with your hand.
  6. Deep fry both sides in hot oil, medium heat and put them in a bowl you will put in the oven. I used a large pyrex.

Preparation of the sauce:

  1. Put the oil in the pan and heat it up. Add the chopped peppers.
  2. When the peppers are dead and a little red, add the peeled and diced tomatoes and the tiny chopped garlic. Add the salt and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add the tomato paste and spices, add about 1 tea glass of hot water, close the lid, cook for 10-15 minutes until the water has evaporated.
  4. Spread the sauce over the chickens, put the cheddar cheese on them and bake at 200 degrees until the cheese melts and a little brown.
