At every meal, whether hot or cold. The only food I can eat with pasta, rice, or nothing else, just bread, is fried in sauce. To tell the truth, my mother makes the best in our family, and I learned how to fry with gravy from her. Sometimes they add marble meatballs into the frying, then it will be even more delicious :)

tips for frying

I can sneeze at many dishes, but when frying is involved, the flowing water stops for me. If it is done, it must be stripped and eaten until the last bite.

After telling this much, I will not prolong it any longer and leave you alone with my favorite recipe. Love…

Ingredients for Fried Sauce Recipe

  • 2 medium eggplants
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 10 green peppers (hot-sweet upon request)
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • Salt
  • oil for frying

For the Tomato Sauce:

  • 2-3 large and ripe tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of margarine or remaining oil in the pan
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ketchup optional
  • optionally 1 small onion (if it is to be added, it will be grated and roasted with garlic)

How to Make Frying Sauce Recipe?

Making the sauce:
  1. Take the margarine in a sauce pan or pan, add the finely chopped garlic and fry. When the garlic starts to turn slightly in color, add the diced tomatoes.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup and salt and cook over medium heat until the tomatoes soften. When the sauce reaches the consistency you want, remove it from the stove.

Frying:

  1. Peel the aubergines, cut them into cubes or slice them transversely. Cut off the stems of the zucchini, peel them completely and chop into rings 1 cm wide.
  2. Green peppers, wash and pierce with a knife. Peel the potatoes and slice them into finger shapes.
  3. Fry the potatoes, then the zucchini, the eggplants, and finally the peppers in the oil.
  4. It is served warm or cold by pouring sauce on the fried vegetables.
