  • 3-4 green zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon (actifry spoon) vegetable oil

How to Make Fried Zucchini with Sauce Recipe?

  1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly without peeling them and slice them in half cm thick.
  2. Place in the cooking chamber of the Actifry.
  3. Add salt and oil. Adjust the cooking time between 17-20 minutes according to your palate.
  4. Prepare the sauce and pour over the cooked zucchini and serve hot.

Sauce Ingredients:

4 medium tomatoes
1 coffee cup of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
2 tea spoon salt
