Roast Peppers with Sauce
You can use it as a side dish next to meat dishes, but it can also be consumed plain as an appetizer. Ketchup gives an excellent flavor, I recommend you to try it.

4 medium tomatoes

How to Make Frying Peppers with Sauce Recipe?
Peppers are washed and drained. It is divided into large pieces transversely (it is ideal to divide it into 2-3 pieces).
The skins of the tomatoes and garlic are peeled, they are all thrown into the rind and shredded until they reach the size you want.
Oil is added to the Teflon pan and the tomato mixture is started to be roasted, ketchup is added and cooked for another 5 minutes.
Peppers are fried in hot oil. The sauce we prepared is poured over and served.
Incredible oil is added. I roast the same amount of pepper with half a glass of water. Moreover, I do not add oil for the sauce. I add the tomato mixture on top of the peppers and fry it again. That's it. It's incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it.
