Sausage Pasta

This weekend has been very quiet and enjoyable. I continue to work, but calmly without tiring myself. The tiny cat “meatball” I mentioned earlier is now with us permanently. So far, we are considered to have completed the vaccinations. Our meatballs, which were 400 grams when they came to us, have already weighed 1,5 kilograms.

I've made a move to have a cat before, but I didn't dare because I'm allergic and I'm usually not at home. Now that I work from home and only leave the house for meetings, he also keeps me company until my wife comes. It not only prevents me from working in a locked state during the day, but also allows me to take a break and rest a bit.

Normally, I devoted my day to resting at home and doing nothing, but with the gas of the pouring rain, I went to the computer and started writing.

holiday recipes

Sunday is a day when we all wish to do little work and rest a lot. Therefore, if I am not working to grow a business, I prepare the most practical and favorite recipe that comes to my mind. I mean the sausage pasta :)

May we all have plenty of rest and enjoy the Sunday cinema today.

Love…

Materials:

  • 1 pack of sausages (10 long sausages)
  • 4 medium tomatoes
  • 1 meal spoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • salt

For the pasta:

  • 1 pack of pasta
  • 1,5 liters of water
  • salt

How to Make Sausage Pasta Recipe?

  1. Chop the sausages into 2-3 cm sizes. Grate the tomatoes.
  2. Take margarine and oil in the pot. Add tomato paste and grated tomatoes on it and fry.
  3. Add the sausages and cook on low heat for 10-12 minutes (until the sausages absorb the sauce and swell).
  4. Divide the brand that you boiled for 8-10 minutes, according to your taste, on the serving plates. Share the tomato sausage you cooked on it and serve with pickled cucumbers.

Note: If desired, 1 glass of water can be added to the sausage and it can be prepared more juicy and mixed with pasta in the pot and served.

I also tried this recipe, it was pretty good, but if you add 1 tablespoons of tomato paste, it's much better...

I came across this recipe by chance when I was looking for a quick meal when I got home last night. Since we are two people, I made a half size, it turned out great :) thanks..
