Ingredients for Sausage Roasting Recipe

  • 10-12 sausages
  • 5 mushrooms optional
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste (I used a tomato-pepper mix)
  • 1 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • salt

How to Make Sausage Roasted Recipe?

  1. Finely chop the sausages. If you are adding mushrooms, chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Take the butter and tomato paste in the pan and fry it until it smells. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add ketchup, sausage and salt to the roasted mushrooms and fry for 3-4 more minutes on medium heat.
  4. Add the hot water over the sausages. Cook the sausages, stirring, until the water evaporates.
  5. Sprinkle finely chopped dill on the cooked sausages, mix and serve.
