Ingredients for the Autumn Cake Recipe

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1,5 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 water glass flour
  • 1 package baking powder
  • 150 g butter (soft) or pastry margarine at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt (heaped)
  • 2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon crushed cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 cup seedless fresh grapes
  • 1 cup chopped fresh figs
  • half a cup of chopped walnuts

For the Cheese Cream:

  • 200 g labneh cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • FIG
  • grape
  • walnut

How to Make Autumn Cake Recipe?

  1. Beat the eggs and granulated sugar until the sugar dissolves completely and becomes like snow.
  2. Add the room temperature butter and continue whisking.
  3. When the butter is mixed, add the yogurt and whisk.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon and orange zest.
  5. Add the chopped figs, grapes and walnuts and mix with the help of a spatula.
  6. Grease the circle mold and pour the cake mix into it.
  7. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees until the inside comes out dry (approximately 40-45 minutes).
  8. Let the baked cake cool down and remove it from the mold when it is completely cool.
  9. Beat the labneh cheese and powdered sugar. Spread on the cake with the help of a spatula and serve by garnishing with fruits.
