I've been trying the onion ring recipe at home from time to time. Since eating out touches me, I don't like anything fried because I don't know what oil they use and how many times they use that oil. I said I would make my own junk food, and in the end I managed to achieve the closest look and taste to the real thing.

Normally, I would use breadcrumbs while preparing this recipe, but unfortunately it was not left at home. I also used crispy breadcrumbs. Actually, it's a good thing it didn't, because then they might not have looked so cute.

While you are preparing this recipe, you can use panko just like in schnitzel. Panko is a kind of breadcrumbs, but it is made by grinding crustless bread. It is larger and more crunchy than breadcrumbs. Finally, make sure to fry your onion rings in deep and hot oil, otherwise they will absorb oil…

My homemade junk food actions will continue!!!

Love :)

    Bless your hands and work.
I tried it for the first time tonight. Moreover, I mixed the breadcrumbs and breadcrumbs. I didn't put any eggs either. flour did not separate from the onion.
I think it was delicious. I broke my fast and I don't know how many rings I ate. I'm coming to myself. I also fed 10 people. They said that it is no different from the outside.
so glad I have you. thank you.

There should be eggs in the recipe. Because it says that egg should be added on the bread dough. After adding flour, starch, salt, soda, the mixture became very thick, I added an egg and it was balanced. Those who want to make it like in fast food restaurants should definitely make it with breadcrumbs. Then when we dip it in the breadcrumb batter, the mortar solidifies and separates from the onion. After cooking, it becomes like dough. Since the breadcrumbs are thinner than the breaded batter, it can be easily cooked by sticking to the top of the onion. If you want an alternative recipe, it can be made with breadcrumbs.

When my friends opened a cafe, I saw what we ate out of the recommended ingredients.
As for the frying oil, it was a white margarine type oil.
It is Cotton Oil. Cotton oil comes out without burning up to 280 C degrees. Other liquid oils start to darken and burn at 170-200 C degrees.
This oil is used in all fast food establishments.
Be careful while eating fried food. Our digestive system is not accustomed to the bacteria and microbes in these cottons.
Maybe that's why the number of people diagnosed with colon cancer has increased in recent years. These ingredients have been consumed in our restaurants for almost half a generation.
Especially our children should be kept away from such materials.

Hello, I tried it once too, it was delicious but it's been a long time, the difference here is breadcrumbs, I think it's not the breadcrumbs we know, I wonder if it should be because of this? Thank you in advance, thanks in advance, love from me, the junk food junkie...

Hello, I used the crispy bread dough sold in the markets. It doesn't have to be as I explained in the front article, but I say give it a try. You can use the leftover mortar for other blushes. Love…

After slicing the onions into rings, do we separate the layers one by one or do we just dip the hpsini into the mixture?

    Hello there;
I want to pour you something. If we dip the fish in this mixture of flour, starch and mineral water and fry it like that, how would the oil splatter? Thanks in advance…

Hi Banu, maybe it can be used for fish fillets. You may have problems with fish with fishbones, because you need to deep fry this mixture, and because it will fry quickly, the inside of the fish may not be cooked.

But it goes great with mussels or fried calamari.
