- 4-4,5 cups flour

- 1,5 s cups of olive oil to open the dough
For the minced meat:
- 250 gr mince
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- a large handful of finely chopped parsley
- 1 small onion
- salt
- Black pepper
- half a teaspoon of olive oil
Fabrication:
- Dissolve fresh yeast in 1 glass of warm water. Start kneading by taking the yeast water, water, 2 glasses of flour and salt. Add the remaining flour little by little.
- Knead a dough that does not stick to your hands or bowl and let it rest.
- While the dough is fermenting, put the minced meat in a bowl, add the chopped onions, parsley, tomato paste and spices and knead. Finally, add the oil, spread it out and set aside.
- Take pieces of the dough that are slightly larger than the egg and oil your hands, then roll them out as thinly as possible on the oiled kitchen counter.
- Gather the dough by pinching it from the top and bottom, wrap it around itself and place it on a greased baking tray.
- Spread the prepared mortar on the pastries by pressing them with your hands.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
