Dear Enis Hürkan sent me an e-mail to try this recipe almost a month ago. When I say today is tomorrow, I decided to try it for breakfast this morning.

Kayganak is a different recipe made in many provinces in the Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia Region, especially in Van, Bitlis and Diyarbakır. The trick is your omelet plenty of molasses.

In fact, you can think of it as a dessert recipe that can be eaten at every meal rather than breakfast. Even if it's weird when you taste it for the first time, you like it in the second bite and in the blink of an eye, it's all over. slick it's ending :)

Ingredients for Slippery Recipe

  • 2-3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1 cups molasses

Fabrication:

  1. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add the flour and beat with a whisk or fork so that there are no lumps.
  2. Grease a not very wide pan, pour the egg mixture into the pan when the oil is hot.
  3. When one side is cooked like an omelet, turn the other side. Add 1 glass of molasses to your omelet and continue cooking on low heat.
  4. When it absorbs half of the molasses you put in, remove it from the stove and serve.
