Siyez Flour Pastry (with Cheese Juice)

As you know, we have been making our own sourdough bread at home for 8 years. Recently, we have started to use different flours in breads. Kavlıca, einkorn, dinkel are the ones we tried these days. Of course, I also prepare small things from leftovers.
With the whey leftover from the baby curd that I prepared for the river, pancake I had prepared. When I liked the result, I couldn't wait to try a different recipe.
I liked the result very much, but my daughter loved it. Of course, he turns it into a game while he is eating, but at least he lies down with an appetite every time :)

Ingredients for Einkorn Flour Pastry (with Whey) Recipe
• 1 egg (white into the yolk)
• 1 glass of whey
• 1 tea glass of butter
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 2 teaspoons of salt
• 1,5 cups of wheat flour
• 2 glasses of einkorn flour
For the top:
• egg yolk
• sesame, black cumin, seeds
How to Make Siyez Flour Pastry (with Cheese Juice) Recipe?
1. Take the butter, olive oil, egg white and whey into the mixing bowl.
2. Add 2 glasses of einkorn flour, salt, baking powder and 1 glass of flour and start kneading.
3. Add half a glass of flour and knead until the dough comes together.
4. Divide the gathered dough into 12 pieces, roll them in your hands and flatten them by pressing lightly.
5. Arrange the pastries 3-4 cm apart on a baking paper lined tray.
6. Brush the egg yolk on top and scoop it out with a fork, sprinkle with sesame seeds, black cumin seeds or seeds if desired.
7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes).
