Making mulled wine and sangria at our house in the future was one of the things we wanted the most since we went out with my wife.

I searched a lot of recipes on the internet, but I couldn't find a satisfying recipe, and in the end, something unique to us emerged. Since the sangria is still in the bottle, I will tell you how to make mulled wine, which we tasted with great pleasure yesterday, even we could not get enough of it.

grape

It makes people happy on cold evenings, with its pleasant smell and taste, especially because you make it yourself, while drinking it. Good luck, thank you tocim.

Ingredients for the Mulled Wine Recipe

1 liter of red wine (we made it with a very affordable wine called “Nevzade”)
15 sugar cube
Cinnamon Stick (if it becomes dusty, it will create turbidity)
6 Cloves
Half a lemon
half an orange
1 apples
1 glass of water

How to Make a Hot Wine Recipe?

1- Grate the apple and put it in a bowl. Grate the peel of the orange and lemon with the thin part of the grater, we will slice the insides and add them to the wine.
2- Boil cinnamon, apple, sugar, cloves, orange and lemon in a bowl with 1 glass of water (it would be great if you have a medium-sized milker at home).
3- Let this mixture cool down and take your wine in a pot and start heating it on very low heat (Don't boil it, otherwise the alcohol will evaporate.)
4- When it gets warm, add the mixture to your wine and heat it a little more on very low heat. Pour into glasses with the help of a ladle and strainer.
5- Throw a slice of lemon or orange in it so that when the wine is finished, it will have the most delicious place :)
