Sesame Chicken with Vegetables

How about a very delicious Turkish wok recipe without soy sauce? ☺️ This very cool recipe with less spoons will be loved by everyone in the house.
I used the vegetables I had left at home, but you can prepare a delicious chicken dish by adding different ingredients.

Ingredients for Vegetable Sesame Chicken Recipe
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium green peppers
- 1 medium red sweet pepper
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- 400 g boneless chicken thigh
- Sesame
- 2-3 stalks of spring onions
Fabrication:
- Finely chop the onion and garlic. Chop the carrots and peppers into julienne.
- Cut the chicken into cubes or julienne like peppers.
- Add olive oil to the pot and heat it, sauté until the chicken is lightly caramelized.
- Add onion and carrot and sauté for 1 more minute.
- When the carrots lose their firmness, add the peppers and continue sautéing.
- Add salt, garlic and sesame and sauté until the peppers are cooked.
- Place it on rice, sprinkle some spring onions and serve.
