Hello Dear Friends,

I have very, very good news for you. Today, we shot a video on the making of dolma with Uzman TV for 6 hours. I will share it with you as soon as it is published. I had a very tiring but enjoyable day. The shooting crew were very kind and sweet people. We finished the day by laughing and having fun and eating together what I did after the shoot. I would also like to thank my mother, sister and tocime for their support for me, for allowing me to share more information with you.

purslane with olive oil

After my tiring day, I wish you a good evening with the recipe of purslane, which is my favorite since childhood, even if I eat it every day, I will not get tired of it. Big Love…

Ingredients for Purslane Dish Recipe

  • 1 bunch of purslane
  • 1 medium onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • Half a glass of olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 piece of sugar (optional)

How to Make Purslane Meal Recipe?

  1. Separate the grounded part of the purslane with a knife without untying it and wash it with at least 3 waters and leave it to drain. Chop the drained purslane into large pieces.
  2. Chop the onions and tomatoes.
  3. Put olive oil in a medium or small saucepan, add the chopped onions and fry them until they turn pink.
  4. Add the tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes (until the tomatoes are melted).
  5. Add the purslane and sugar (until the purslane are crumbly and release their juices) and mix. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
