Purslane Meal

I have very, very good news for you. Today, we shot a video on the making of dolma with Uzman TV for 6 hours. I will share it with you as soon as it is published. I had a very tiring but enjoyable day. The shooting crew were very kind and sweet people. We finished the day by laughing and having fun and eating together what I did after the shoot. Ingredients for Purslane Dish Recipe
- 1 bunch of purslane
- 1 medium onions
- 2 medium tomatoes
- Half a glass of olive oil
- salt
- 1 piece of sugar (optional)
How to Make Purslane Meal Recipe?
- Separate the grounded part of the purslane with a knife without untying it and wash it with at least 3 waters and leave it to drain. Chop the drained purslane into large pieces.
- Chop the onions and tomatoes.
- Put olive oil in a medium or small saucepan, add the chopped onions and fry them until they turn pink.
- Add the tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes (until the tomatoes are melted).
- Add the purslane and sugar (until the purslane are crumbly and release their juices) and mix. Cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
