Ingredients for Purslane Diblesi Recipe
- 1 large vineyard purslane
- 1 medium onions
- 1 large cloves of garlic
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 tea glass of rice
- half a teaspoon of olive oil
- salt
- 1 piece of sugar (optional)
- 1 cup water (add half first, add the rest if needed)
How to Make Purslane Diblesi Recipe?
- Wash the purslane with plenty of water, soak it in a little water, wash it one more time and leave it to drain.
- Chop the drained purslane into large pieces.
- Finely chop the onions and tomatoes.
- Put olive oil in a medium saucepan, add the chopped onion and garlic and fry until they turn pink.
- Add the tomatoes and sauté until the tomatoes are lightly melted.
- Add the rice, water and purslane.
- Add salt and sugar and mix. Cook with the lid closed until the rice is cooked.
- Serve at your desired temperature.
