Ingredients for Dried Tzatziki with Purslane and Corn Recipe
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped cucumber
- 1 tablespoon cleaned purslane leaves
- 5-6 tablespoons of boiled corn kernels
- 1 bowl of strained yogurt
- dried mint
- Salt
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Optionally, some black cumin curd to serve
How to Make Dried Tzatziki Recipe with Purslane and Corn?
1. Wash the purslane well and separate its leaves. Chop the cucumbers into small pieces. Remove the kernels from the boiled corn.
2. Mix cucumber, purslane, corn kernels, dried mint, salt and crushed garlic in a bowl.
3. Place the salad on a serving plate, drizzle with olive oil and serve with some black cumin curd, if desired.
