Ingredients for Şekerpare Recipe
- 1 cup of room temperature butter

- 1 package baking powder
- 3 water glass flour
For the syrup:
- 3 cups sugar
- 3,5 glasses of water,
- juice of half a lemon

- Put all the ingredients to be used for the syrup in the pot and cook it on high heat, stirring, until all the sugar dissolves.
- Add lemon juice 2-3 minutes before taking the sherbet from the stove and leave it to cool.
- Take the room temperature butter, baking powder, powdered sugar, 1 egg white and whole egg, baking powder, vanillin and 2 cups of flour into the kneading bowl and start kneading.
- Add 1 more cup of flour and knead until it reaches the consistency of an earlobe.
