How to Make Peach Jam?
Hello Dear Friends,
Summer is over, summer fruits have started to be pulled from the stalls. Peach jam reminds me of my late grandmother like many other jams. He used to boil the jam for a very long time, but every time I hear the smell of jam spreading from the kitchen, where those 2 people could not return to work comfortably, I teleport to my childhood :)
Lately, the time I have sat myself for jam is 25 minutes, the consistency and flavor that emerges at the end of this time is so good and fresh that when you open the jar, the fruits feel like a new jam has been made.
Let me give you a culinary secret about peach jam :) Recently, I've been adding peach seeds to jam to intensify both its color and consistency. Thus, it becomes both more orange and more viscous.
Love…
