I'm pretty busy these days, even though I'm always in a rush, sometimes I think I can't keep up with anything. (Okay, it's busy, but I'm happy) The site where I will find and bring together work, home, magazine, blog and materials that you can't find soon or that are too far away for you to go and buy :) Yes, I am in a new formation. Don't ask where this came from. Not everyone is as lucky or a travel lover as I am in Istanbul, I can easily find the materials I want here. But for friends in other cities or towns, it is sometimes almost impossible to find what they want. Soon you will have a website where you can easily do your kitchen shopping. At the beginning, I will provide you with the kitchen glaze aprons, small colored kitchen tools, cookie and muffin molds, sugar dough and the materials (glucose, glycerin, powdered gelatin, etc.) necessary for making sugar dough, which you want very much. Of course, if the demand is high in the future, it may be in different things :) Anyway, I've talked a lot, and I'm getting out of the way again and I'm leaving you alone with my vegetable tray meatballs. Love…

Materials:

500 gr. ground beef
2 slices of bread (stale)
2 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
1 pieces of eggs
half a bunch of parsley
canned garnish
2 tablespoon of olive oil
cumin,pepper,salt

Making the Sauce:
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, salt, red pepper and 1-2 glasses of water. Boil it.

Fabrication:

Put the ground beef, crumbled bread crumbs, grated onion, crushed garlic, egg, olive oil, parsley and spices in a large bowl and knead well. And cut the kneaded ground beef in half. If you want, you can put it as a side dish, as I did.
Spread the first piece on a greased baking dish or tray and flatten it by pressing it by hand, spread the garnish on it, and spread the remaining ground meat by hand on it, pour the sauce over it. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown. Serve with the sauce.

I found it very provocative, I guess I'll do it tonight. I'll use carrots instead of green beans.
