Chicken with vegetables
As always, the days fly by, one after the other. No matter how early I start the day, the time between waking up and getting out of bed and it's night is like an hour. As you can see, nothing is enough these days.
I try to develop and apply practical recipes as much as I can in order to steal from the cooking time.
That's when the chicken with vegetables comes into play (I make my chicken-lover husband happy and I take time for myself :) ) I think chicken dishes are one of the easiest pot dishes to make. Aside from cooking very quickly, it makes our job much easier as it easily adapts to whatever vegetable you add to it.

Ingredients for Chicken with Vegetables
2 chicken breast
1 tea glass of olive oil
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1 medium potatoes
1 water glass of water
1 pieces of green pepper
5 mushrooms
Vegetable oil
Salt, pepper
1 teaspoon of tomato paste if you like
How to Make Chicken with Vegetables Recipe?
Chop the chicken breasts into cubes. Peel and chop the onions, potatoes and carrots. Prepare all the ingredients by finely chopping the mushrooms and peppers.
fry in oil. Continue frying the vegetables by adding green peppers, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms at 1 minute intervals.
Add the cubed chickens last and continue to fry until the color of the breast meat turns white. When the color of the meat reaches the desired consistency, add water and salt, close the lid and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
