  • 1 quarter of a small cauliflower

  • 1 medium size celery
  • 1 pack of pen pasta
  • 2 liters of water
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • optionally 1 bouillon to boiling water

How to Make Winter Pasta with Vegetables?

  1. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into small pieces. Peel the carrots and celery and cut them into cubes slightly larger than backgammon dice.
  2. Add salt to the boiling water and boil, first add the carrots and boil for 3-4 minutes.
