Ingredients for Vegetable Gratin Recipe
• 300 g cauliflower
• 300 g broccoli
• 2 carrots
• 2 tablespoons of flour
• 2,5 glass of water Milk
• 2 tablespoon of butter
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Nutmeg
How to Make Vegetable Gratin Recipe?
- Separate the broccoli and cauliflower into tubers, peel and slice the carrots.
- Boil it in boiling water to which you add salt, until it comes to slightly al dente, and strain it.
- For the béchamel sauce, fry the butter and flour, continue mixing while adding the cold milk.
- Add spices to taste and remove from heat when it thickens.
- Pour béchamel sauce evenly over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown.
