Today I'm going to have a quiet breakfast at home and relax a bit. While I was at home, I wanted to share one of my favorite recipes with you.

scrambled eggs A simple and delicious recipe, you can increase or decrease the amount of milk or cream according to your taste.

scrambled eggs There are 2 important points you should know about. The first of these is to mix the egg from the edges of the pan to the middle while it is cooking. This will allow it to cook more evenly and fluffy.

Another important point is the cooking time, if you want a juicy and soft egg, you need to cook it for 2-3 minutes at the most, and if you want a hard and dry egg, you need to cook it for 4-5 minutes.

It is not in the original, but according to your request, you can add cheese just before taking it from the stove, as in my recipe, or serve it with your favorite fresh spices.

In addition, transfer the egg to the plate as soon as you take it from the stove, otherwise it will have a harder consistency than you want as it will continue to cook due to the heat.

Ingredients for Scramble Egg Recipe

  • 4 medium egg
  • 2-3 tablespoons of milk or 2 tablespoons of milk cream
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 2-3 tablespoons of grated fresh cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Salt, pepper

Fabrication:

  1.  Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.
  2. Add cream or milk and whisk again. (don't whisk too much)
  3. Put the Teflon pan on the stove and heat it until the butter melts.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the eggs on low heat by mixing them from the edges to the middle with the help of a silicone or wooden spatula.
  6. If you are going to use it, add the cheese just before taking it off the stove and mix it quickly and serve.
