I've always loved casseroles. The taste of the food and meat cooked in the casserole is always special. Good luck to your hands, Ms. Dilek.

Ingredients for Stew Meat Saute Recipe

  • 1 kg. beef cubed meat
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 pieces of tomato
  • 3 long green peppers
  • 6-7 cloves of garlic
  • 1 dessert spoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of chili paste
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • enough salt

Fabrication:

Melt the butter in the casserole dish. Add the washed and drained meats and cook on medium heat until the meat absorbs its water. Add the peeled tomatoes, tomato and pepper paste and mash in the rind. Chop the peppers into cubes, add the whole garlic, and continue cooking on medium low heat until the meat is tender and the water has been absorbed. When the meat is softened slightly, add salt and pepper. When the meat is well cooked, sprinkle parsley on it. Bon appetit, :))
