Sausage Corn Omelet
Ferdacım is a recipe that will add good health to your breakfast tables. I'm definitely going to try it this Sunday.

Materials:
2 pieces of eggs
half a glass of milk
2-3 tablespoons of flour
5-6 sausages
Half a cup of canned corn
salt
Fabrication:
We break the eggs into a large bowl, pour milk, flour and salt on it and mix it with a mixer. We add the sausage and corn to the mixture we get.
By the way, the smaller we chop the sausages, the more successful it is. We pour oil into the teflon pan. 1 tablespoon of oil is enough. After the oil is heated, we pour the mixture and distribute it evenly in the pan.
I usually cover the ceiling with a lid and turn it down. Top and bottom cook evenly.
We don't usually use flour for omelets. But I think you should also try it with flour. It turns out a delicious and satisfying breakfast like half pancakes and half omelet. Good luck to those who want to try this taste in advance :)
