Hello Dear Friends,

On my trip to Muğla this spring, I bought a bunch of St. John's Wort from the village market. St. John's Wort kept its freshness for 1-3 days and managed to come to Istanbul with me :) I mixed this beautiful plant with pure olive oil that I bought from Yalova Armutlu upon recommendations and left it to rest by the window for a long time.

I'd be lying if I said I didn't regret not buying more and drying for tea afterwards. Kismet is what I see when I go to our summer house, the garden is full of St. John's Wort :) Anyway, I gathered as much as I could hungrily and made a nice bunch. It dried out on its own, I'm thinking of preparing a tea in the coming days.

St. John's Wort harms

The use of St. John's Wort, whose benefits are endless, dates back to ancient times. Apart from oil and tea, it was also used as a pill.

You can add the oil you have prepared internally, that is, 2-3 drops of water in the morning, and drink it. It is also used on the body. The preparation of tea is very simple, just like green tea, you take a pinch of it in a cup, add boiled water to it, brew it for 5 minutes and drink it.

Of course, although these features whet our appetite, a physician should be consulted before using such alternatives. For example, when applied to the sun, it is possible to cause spots on the skin or trigger problems in people with sensitive stomachs. If you have medications that you use regularly, you should definitely talk to your doctor.

I have had hardening and cracking in my heels since I stayed by the sea a lot this summer and walked around barefoot. I have used this oil from time to time and it has been good.

If you've been in the sun too long, it takes all the pain away, that's great.

When my father broke his wrist, he used this oil all the time. When he went to the doctor for a checkup, even the doctor was surprised. There was much more improvement in his arm than he said. We use it often.
