After getting through a feverish weekend, we are together again with a quiet weekend. Again, a cold Istanbul, unbearable sleepiness and, for some unknown reason, sometimes nagging sweet crises. Because of the fact that there are rare programs for us on television, we usually hang out with foreign series or DVDs. So much so that this situation turned into a kind of addiction, our most obvious obsession. Lost While it was a TV series (I'm not exaggerating, we watched 4 seasons in 3 weeks-then I was on a cruise on the island with my beloved John Lock every night in my dreams :) ) made by the producers of the same series. While foreign TV series are so full and high quality both in terms of fiction and visuals, the fact that our domestic TV series contain agitation, complex and inappropriate relationships within the family hurts me deeply. All of a sudden, if adaptations are made from old books and fake scenarios are not written on them, my demons get on top of me. Have we become people who can't produce anything and don't make a sound when the same things like temcit rice are heated and placed in front of us all the time?

Or is it because of our prejudice that we look at people who can produce something and put forward different ideas as alien creatures, does it digest our creativity? Is this why we say to our child, who dreams of studying painting and sculpture at university, let alone make money from these jobs, go and study accounting?

Ingredients for Sandwich Cookie Recipe

• 100 gr. milk couverture chocolate
• 60 gr. Butter
• 1 pieces of eggs
• 60 gr. Granulated sugar
• 1 packet of vanillin with sugar
• 25 gr. Fame
• 10 gr. Cocoa
• 1 packet of baking powderfull salt
• 1 years old

For the cream:

• 1 pack of raw cream (200 ml.)
• Half a glass of freshly grated coconut
• 20 gr. Powdered sugar

How to Make Sandwich Cookie Recipe?

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie and leave to cool.
2. Beat eggs, granulated sugar, vanillin and salt until creamy.
3. Slowly mix the mixture into the warm chocolate. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder and continue mixing slowly.
4. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Spread the mixture on the trays in equal circles. 170 minutes in a preheated 10 degree oven. cook until.
5. When the tops of the cookies are cracked, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
6. Whisk the cream, grated coconut and powdered sugar until a thick consistency. Transfer the cooled cookies to the serving plate. Arrange in the form of sandwiches, cookies, cream and again cookies as in the photo.

Note: – I recommend it to those who like extremely sweet, because it is seriously sweet.
– Cookies can break very quickly, so I recommend waiting for them to cool well and be careful when removing them from the tray.
You can also fill these cookies with ice cream and fresh fruit instead of cream.
