Sandal Meatballs
Hello Dear Friends,
I have a weakness for all kinds of meatballs. From grilled meatballs to patties, I love to eat them all :) I also love to prepare instant side dishes. This time I have a recipe where you don't have to spend a lot of time grating, cutting and chopping, and it also includes the side dish :)
Since it is practical, I prepared the stuffing with garnish, but if you want, you can try the spinach and mushroom versions. A simple but delicious dinner with soup, rice, salad or iftar menu you can prepare :)
Love…

How to Make Sandal Meatballs Recipe?
- Put all the meatball ingredients in the food processor. By running the robot at short and frequent intervals, mix all the ingredients until they are like dough. (Add water if necessary and mix for 1-2 more turns)
- Knead the prepared mortar together with your hands and let it rest in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Break off egg-sized pieces from the rested meatballs and form balls in your lightly oiled hand.
- Make a hole by pressing your thumb in the middle of the patty, widen it by carefully squeezing the sides and give it a bowl shape.
- Place the prepared meatballs in the oiled pan, bake them in the oven preheated to 200 degrees until they release their water and turn golden brown.
- While the meatballs are cooking, chop the remaining half of the onion for cooking and put it in the pan with the vegetable oil. When it turns slightly pink, add the garnishes and garlic and fry for 1 minute.
- Divide the stuffing equally among the fried meatballs. Mix the sauce ingredients and pour into the boracama.
- Finally, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on the meatballs and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheddar melts and the sauce thickens.
