Ingredients for Blackberry (Taflan) Salting Recipe

  • 750 g ripe berries
  • 1,5 cups of salt for pickling

Fabrication:

  1. Extract the stems of the taflanlar, wash in plenty of water and drain.
  2. Arrange a row of salt in a jar in the form of a row of petals.
  3. Close the lid and let it mature for 15-20 days in a place out of direct sunlight.
  4. Before use, remove the seeds and soak them in water for 1 night.
