Cucumber Potato Appetizer

Even though it is a different appetizer, the recipe for that delicious potato salad that you want to cheer your palate has arrived!
Since my childhood, I like to eat potatoes with garlic yogurt instead of mayonnaise :) When the charm of potatoes is added to the freshness of cucumber, yogurt and dried mint, it became a taste that everyone will love when you try it!

Fresh onions added such a delicious movement that I think something would be missing in the recipe without it. Those who want can use regular yogurt instead of strained yogurt, but try to strain the excess water if possible.

You can also use dill instead of fresh mint, but I think dill suits zucchini tarator better :)

Ingredients for Cucumber Potato Appetizer Recipe

• 2 medium potatoes
• 1 medium cucumbers
• 2 stalks of scallion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 4 tablespoons of strained yogurt
• 1 tea spoon salt
• * 1 teaspoon dried mint
• 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Cucumber Potato Appetizer Recipe?

1. Peel and grate the boiled potatoes. Grate the cucumber as well.
2. Add the crushed garlic and finely chopped spring onion.
3. Add the strained yogurt and salt and mix well.
4. Add mint on top of the potato appetizer you have taken on the serving plate and serve by pouring the olive oil that you have heated.
