You can consume the leftovers from iftar in the sahur, or you can see it as an early breakfast, and consume lighter and more satisfying foods, since it coincides with the summer months.

My preference is to prepare practical recipes for sahur before going to bed and to cook it at sahur.

Carbohydrate foods such as low-salt and fatty pastries, pasta, boiled potatoes, in particular, keep your blood sugar in balance and prevent you from getting hungry.

Foods with high protein content make us feel hungry late, such as eggs (can be boiled), milk and dairy products (yogurt, cheese). If you want, you can also consume milk desserts.

Do not forget to consume fruit, juices or compote.

Now let's move on to our sample menus…

hearty meals

Noodles with Cheese and Black Grape Compote
Tortilla Pizza (You can make it with salami or vegetables without using sausage)
Curd Pie
Three Pepper Eggs
Pancake

Cinnamon Spiral Buns

Minced Eggs

Sausage with Tomato Sauce

Cheese Crispy Bread

pastries , Pastries There are hundreds of recipes that you can prepare for sahur in the category. I especially recommend you to try the puff pastry.

For more practical and light recipes, here here you go…

Note: Pay attention to the salt ratio in the recipes you will apply, avoid excess salt.

breakfast tour at sahur, we should consume things that will give energy, oily tomato paste dishes may disturb the stomach. Let's not consume thirsty pastry for frying, I think also according to researches, a glass of milk keeps you full for 5 hours.

Well, no matter what we eat, we will be hungry for about 17 hours after all :)
Isn't that the purpose of your fasting? In order to understand the hunger, you will be hungry.

I think it would be better if you had suggestions such as starchy recipes that get into the blood late, not such heavy recipes… After all, we should not be thirsty or hungry..
