Ingredients for Saffron Potato Meatballs Recipe
1,5 sb fine bulgur
3 large potatoes
2 onions
2 tsp saffron
black pepper
cumin
curry
mozzarella cheese
How to Make Saffron Potato Meatballs Recipe?
Boil the potatoes and grate them. Add enough hot water to cover the fine bulgur, close your mouth and let it rest. Finely chop the onions and mix and knead all the ingredients except cheese.
Take walnut-sized pieces. Roll it in your hand, put a small piece of mozzarella cheese in it and close it. Fry in oil and place on a napkin. Enjoy your meal!
