Ingredients for Saffron Potato Meatballs Recipe

1,5 sb fine bulgur
3 large potatoes
Onion
2 tsp saffron
black pepper
cumin
curry
mozzarella cheese

How to Make Saffron Potato Meatballs Recipe?

Boil the potatoes and grate them. Add enough hot water to cover the fine bulgur, cover it and let it rest. Finely chop the onions, mix and knead all the ingredients except the cheese.

Take walnut sized pieces. Roll it in your hands, put a small piece of mozzarella cheese in it and close it. Fry it in oil and place it on a napkin. Enjoy your meal!
