Hello Dear Friends,

I received the news that I was chosen as one of the representatives in Turkey for the World Baking Day, which will be celebrated all over the world almost a month ago. From that day on, I started to think about what I can do for this pleasant day.

In this way, the foundations of my Dream Cake, in which I gathered all my favorite flavors, were laid :) When I received positive comments from 10 people who tasted it, I said, this is my recipe.

World Cake and Cake Day started as a way for cake and cupcake lovers around the world to share their passion for baking. Last year's slogan was #Caking.

This day is actually the perfect excuse for us to wear our aprons and cook amazing flavors for our loved ones. In 2013, World Cake and Cake Day, “My Brave Cake” comes to life with the application.

How to Make Dream Cake & World Cake and Pastry Day Recipe?

  1. Put the Sana in a whisk and beat at high speed until it becomes creamy. Add sugar and continue whisking at medium speed and then high until it melts.
  2. When the mixture becomes creamy, add the eggs one by one.
  3. Add milk, flour and vanilla flavor and mix at high speed for 1-2 minutes until you get a smooth mixture.
  4. Divide the cake mix evenly into 3 different bowls.
  5. Leave the first bowl plain, add cocoa to the second bowl and coffee to the third bowl and mix well.
  6. Grease and flour your mold and pour the first mixture into it and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Do the same with the other cake mixes.
  7. Wait until it cools down to remove the baked cakes from the mold.
  8. When all the cakes are baked and come out of their molds, beat Labneh, Mascarpone and powdered sugar, which are necessary for the inner cream, at high speed until hard.
  9. Take the first layer of sponge cake on a serving plate and spread half of the cream with the help of a spatula and sprinkle the dragees.
  10. After placing the second sponge cake in the same way, spread the remaining cream and place the last layer.
  11. For the outer coating, thoroughly whisk the labneh cheese, cream and powdered sugar. Cover the cake with a spatula.
  12. Serve garnished with chocolate chips and coffee dragées, if desired.

Hello, Miss Nilay, I couldn't find mascarpone, unfortunately, I even looked at Migros. None. Is there any alternative instead? No cream cheese?

Hello, your cake looks very nice, I want to try it too. But I have a question. My cake rises well, but it collapses when it comes out of the oven. What can I do, then the inside of the cake is not good. Thank you.

You can find it in the cheese aisles of big markets. If only labneh is used, it will not give the same flavor. Yours sincerely

nilay hn, you look very good. I bought all the ingredients to try, but the coffee dragee seemed too big and hard to me, I was worried if it would be successful, how about we use chocolate chips instead, but I don't want to spoil the originality of the cake.
