We finally got into the wedding bustle that I've been talking about for a long time. We burned our henna yesterday, but I realized that I really forgot about this turmoil. It's been exactly 5,5 years, it's outdated :)

Ingredients for Roll Pastry Recipe
- 3 pieces of dough
- 250 gr curd or low salt white cheese
- 1 teaspoon of yogurt
- 1 tea glass of milk
- 1 pieces of eggs
- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- quarter bunch of parsley
- Red pepper,
- salt (add if you are using curd, if you are using feta cheese, taste and add a small amount)
Instructions
- Grate the feta cheese, wash the parsley and remove the water and chop finely.
- Mix the cheese and parsley well and prepare the stuffing.
- For the sauce, whisk the eggs, milk, olive oil and yogurt in a deep bowl.
- Lay the first phyllo on the counter, and spread the sauce you prepared with the help of a brush on the entire phyllo. Sprinkle 1/3 of the mortar you prepared on it.
- Complete the same process three times in a row. Roll the dough into rolls.
- Cut the roll you prepared in equal width (1,5-2 finger thickness is ideal).
- Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Brush the remaining sauce on the slices and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C until golden brown.
I had heard that milk and yogurt cannot be used in the same pastry, I knew they would cut each other.
