- 2oo gr meringue
- 40 g dark chocolate
- One ball of Carte d'Or Classic Chocolate Chip Cream / Cherry / Chocolate Ice Cream
How to Make Rococo Recipe?
- Spread cling film inside the round cake tin.
- Crush the meringues between paper towels.
- Spread Carte d'Or Chocolate Ice Cream into the cake mold, sprinkle half of the meringues on top, freeze in the freezer.
- Sprinkle Carte d'Or Cherry Ice Cream on top and the rest of the meringues, freeze again.
- Spread Carte d'Or Cream with Chocolate Chips on top and leave in the freezer all night.
- Serve with grated chocolate chips. If you want, you can decorate with cherry sauce.
