Chicken Steak with Roquefort Sauce
Hello Dear Friends,
When I go to the restaurant with my wife, we mostly prefer meat with cheese sauce. Their plates, which come with salad, pasta or potato garnish, appeal to both the palate and the eye. I've been wanting to try a simple sauce recipe at home for a long time. On my way home from a meeting yesterday, I thought I'd go shopping for the evening. When I saw the roqueforts in the cheese aisle, I took the time to shop by saying that today is the day :)
We do not add much cheese to the meal, except for pastries, pastas and snacks. We mostly use white cheese and cheddar cheese. Roquefort is a little different from the taste and appearance we are used to :) It has an intense aroma, a buttery texture and blue molds. For these reasons, it is not like those who do not like intense aromas can easily consume it.
You can prepare a practical pasta as I did next to this recipe, which you will prepare in a very short time without getting too tired. If you want, you can also serve it with the potatoes you cut into cubes and fried.
For the pasta, I used the chili salsa sauce in my falafel recipe. You can find the recipe here.
Love…
