Ingredients for the Tuna Spiral Pasta Recipe with Arugula Sauce

  • Half a pack of Our Burgu Pasta
  • 2 liters of water
  • Arugula leaves and roasted pine nuts for serving

For the Arugula Sauce:

  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 25 g pine nuts (1 pack)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 piece of tuna per person

How to Make Tuna Spiral Pasta with Arugula Sauce?

  1. Boil the pasta for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Start the blender by adding the olive oil, then the garlic, arugula leaves, pine nuts, salt and pepper.
  3. When all the ingredients are thoroughly shredded and mixed, transfer them from the blender to the bowl.
  4. Add the sauce to the drained pasta and mix.
