Arugula salad
In the last few days, we have strangely started to get close to fish and arugula. In the past, I wouldn't pass by either of them, but these days they seem very attractive.

Ingredients for Arugula Salad Recipe
- 1 bunch of rocket (2 if small)
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch mini radish
- 1 medium red onion
For Sauce
- Half tea glass of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons of vinegar
- salt
How to Make Arugula Salad Recipe?
- Wash the arugula, put it in the vegetable dryer and dry it. Divide it into 2-3 parts with your hands and put it in a mixing bowl.
- Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into 2-3 parts. Wash and thinly slice the radishes without peeling them.
- Peel the onion, chop the piyaz and put it in the mixing bowl with the other chopped ingredients.
- Grate 2 cloves of garlic and whisk all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed.
- Scrape the sauce over the salad ingredients in the mixing bowl. Mix the vegetables with your hands without crushing them, make sure that all the leaves are covered with the sauce and serve.
