• 2oo gr meringue
• 40 g dark chocolate
• One ball of Carte d'Or Classic Chocolate Chip Cream / Cherry / Chocolate Ice Cream

Instructions

1. Spread cling film inside the round cake tin.
2. Crush the meringues between paper towels.
3. Spread Carte d'Or Chocolate Ice Cream into the cake mold, sprinkle half of the meringues on top, freeze in the freezer.
4. Sprinkle Carte d'Or Cherry Ice Cream on top and the rest of the meringues, freeze again.
5. Spread Carte d'Or Cream with Chocolate Chips on top and leave in the freezer all night.
6. Serve with grated chocolate chips. If you want, you can decorate with cherry sauce.
